You're welcome to add your rental for free. Just fill in the listing form and send it to SRS. If everything looks ok, your rental will be posted to this web site for sixty days.

MANAGE YOUR PROPERTY BACK TO TOP ▲
Are you interested in finding a property manager? SRS can manage your property. Listed below are the standard forms SRS uses in administration of its managed properties:

• tenant application

• management agreement

• lease agreement

• sample monthly invoice to owner

SRS reserves the right to ask for a deposit to be held in escrow to fund initial expenses (advertising to procure a tenant, obtain an occupancy permit for the property, conduct repairs required to obtain said permit, etc).
