signing is one who is a true independent contractor. The ideal SRS REALTOR® would work from home and would not require office space or staff support; would send in and receive all documents electronically;
and would administer themselves. The ideal SRS REALTORS® would take care of all their own advertising, from design to publishing to billing and payment.
(SRS would consider accepting design responsibility for common advertising,
such as in the Homefinder magazine.) The ideal SRS REALTORS® would take care of purchasing their own office supplies, putting in & taking down yard signs, and installing & removing lockboxes. The type of REALTOR® SRS would seek is one who is a true independent contractor.
