REALTOR® — Are you interested in having SRS hold your license? Do you pay more than $5000 in franchise fees and for office space you never really use or don't need? The type of REALTOR® SRS would consider signing is one who is a true independent contractor. The ideal SRS REALTOR® would work from home and would not require office space or staff support; would send in and receive all documents electronically; would administer all MLS input.

The ideal SRS REALTORS® would take care of all their own advertising, from design to publishing to billing and payment. The ideal SRS REALTORS® would take care of purchasing their own office supplies, putting in & taking down yard signs, and installing & removing lockboxes.
