BUYER REFERRALS
Signature Realty Services appreciates your buyer referrals and will treat your buyers as our own! Should we enter into a referral agreement, your buyer referral will receive the same priority and services as non-referred buyers. Additionally, upon your referred buyer entering into a purchase agreement, Signature Realty Services will contact you with the closing date and any financial terms that will determine your referral fee. Upon receiving a commission at closing, Signature Realty Services will mail your brokerage the referral check & a copy of the settlement statement, and will email or call you to confirm the referred buyer has closed. Should your referred buyer be unable to purchase a property, Signature Realty Services shall promptly contact the referring agent to discuss the circumstances.

SELLER REFERRALS
Signature Realty Services appreciates your seller referrals and will treat your sellers as our own! Should we enter into a referral agreement, your seller referral will receive the same priority and services as non-referred sellers. Additionally, upon your referred seller entering into a purchase agreement, Signature Realty Services will contact you with the closing date and any financial terms that will determine your referral fee. Upon receiving a commission at closing, Signature Realty Services will mail your brokerage the referral check & a copy of the settlement statement, and will email or call you to confirm the referred seller has closed.
